The periodical Health Audit Checks are undertaken by Dynatron services Pvt. Ltd. The visual inspection of both internal and external are carried out including retightening of fasteners accessible from outside of the Gear Boxes and safety device checks to ensure the smooth operation of the gearboxes.

• The Gearbox internal inspection to check clutch pack freeness and clearance.
• Visual check of running gears for any kind of load impression and the scuffing marks or the sign of overheating / discoloring of gear teeth.
• We also carry out the complete gearbox external inspection.
• Inspection of the shaft seals of input shaft for any leakage of oil and replace oil seal if necessary.
• Inspection of the shaft seal of output shaft for any leakage of oil. Replacement of oil seal would involve removal of GB and carry out service at shop.
• Re-tightening of all bolts accessible from the outside of the gearbox.
• Inspection of the control shift settings and adjustment as required.
• Inspection of the hoses and cables for wear and tear and replace if required.
• We have also included the complete Safety device Checks and calibration of all sensors.
