It basically includes the calibration of all the sensors, setting of safety alarms and trips that protect the machinery and its parts from the damage due to the instability of the system.

We have done the major works like Overhauling of ZF 4000 Series Thrusters fitted on Tug Athak (Indian Navy) and ICGS Vaibhav.

Besides this, calibration/repair/replacement of following alarms is included in the safety device checklist, which may cause major damage to the engine and gear boxes.

1.) Low Lube Oil Pressure Alarm

2.) High Lube Oil Temperature Alarm

3.) Low Clutch Oil Pressure trip
